Elkhart General Hospital Home Class Schedule Class Schedule Click on a class below to begin the enrollment process: ACLS Provider You are required to have access to the 2015 Advanced Cardiac Life Support Provider Manual before, during, and after class . Choose ONE of the following options to fulfill this requirement: 1 - Purchase one with class registration for pick-up at the EGH Health and Education Center, 2222 Rieth Blvd Goshen. 2 - Already own the 2015 ACLS Provider Manual 3 - Beacon Health System Associates & BMG must contact their Director/Manager to check out a textbook from their Unit's lending library. 4 - Purchase from one of the three AHA approved suppliers: If you purchase a book you must call Jenean at HEC 875-6430 to arrange a time to pick it up. 5. MANDATORY Pre-course Self-Assessment must be completed with a passing score of 70% or above prior to admission to the classroom portion. IF you have not completed it you will be asked to reschedule your class. This information can be found on the first page of your provider manual or in your confirmation email. 6. Class will be cancelled if less than 4 students are registered. 7. To take this class you must have a current BLS card.
